When making a reservation, ask if a Unisys Corporate rate is available and if they have a shuttle to the Unisys facility.
Travel InstructionsDirections from Hartsfield-Atlanta Airport to the Unisys Training Center From the airport, take I-85 north through the city until you reach the top end of I-285. Stay in the right lane and take I-285 west (up and over the interchange) to the first (North) Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Exit. Stay to the left as you exit, then merge on to Peachtree Industrial. You will be traveling north. Continue north on Peachtree Industrial until you see a fork with Route 141. Stay to the left and take the Peachtree Parkway/Route 141 fork. Continue north and turn right immediately after the AmeriSuites Hotel, at the sign that says Technology Park/Summit. The driveway is directly across from the Jumbo Sports sign. (if you get to Spalding Drive and see the Nations Bank and Wendy's sign, you have gone too far). The large red brick building ahead of you on the left is the UNISYS building. Directions to the classroom will be posted in the Lobby.
TransportationTransportation from the Atlanta, Hartsfield International Airport
Rapid / Mass Transit MARTA is Atlanta's rapid transit system. The one way fare is $1.75. Take the MARTA train northbound from the Airport baggage claim area to the Doraville Station. If you are staying at AmeriSuites take a cab to the hotel. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn, call the hotel for their courtesy van. The van is not available after 10:30 p.m. Rental Car All major car rental companies are available at the airport. Most of the rental car counters are located adjacent to the baggage claim areas. To get to the rental car companies housed off the airport grounds, shuttles are available in the Ground Transportation Mall. If you are traveling by rental car, follow the directions provided on the accompanying pages. It will take approximately 1 hour to get to the Norcross facilities.
Class HoursClass hours are from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Class attire is business casual. Your instructor will announce the times for morning, lunch and afternoon breaks, along with any schedule changes. There are several restaurants within walking distance.When you need to be reached Family and employers can reach you by calling (770) 368-6000.
